In order to make the hair color even more vibran (ljust ike the preview):
Choose the Polygonal Lasso Tool and select the area with the hair. After that go to the "Adjustments" and choose "Vibrance". Then set the vibrance to "+100" and that's all!. The color of the hair will be like perfect. Here are even more examples of hair.
